Please note these are wooden trains, NOT diecast. They are also compatible with BRIO trains and track! Thomas and Friends Wooden Railway toys have been around since the mid 1990’s, and unfortunately, they have begun to show their age in many cases such as these. This listing is dedicated to trains that I have identified as being in good condition with mild damage, they are passable for regular play in terms of quality. Unlike the Grade B listing, these trains will have some small areas of paint missing on flat or curved surfaces and will definitely have rough and worn edges and corners. As they have these issues, but their use is not effected, I have tried to price these fairly based on their market value and take into consideration the condition of them. The pricing has decreased greatly compared to what they would be priced as Grade A, and is still below Grade B by $4-$5. All trains will still function as intended, some may be better than others. I tried to judge the conditions of these trains based on the following criteria: the paint chipping covers not only corners or edges, but also any surfaces. The paint has been mildly damaged and will not be immediately obvious. The train will not have any broken features. If a train had a coal tender or any additional tenders, only the main train engine was considered under this criteria. If you’re worried about the particular condition of a character, please feel free to reach out to ask for up close photos so you can decide for yourself if it meets your standards for its condition. I will provide photos as quick as I possibly can, and as detailed of photos as I can. I am more than happy to work with you and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, before and after receiving it, so please do not hesitate to inquire about any questions or concerns you may have.
