Sports Court Flooring – Outdoor Basketball Information Outdoor Basketball Court – This product is an entry level basketball sport court floor engineered for outdoor use. The court measures 46′ x 30′ which is a standard high school half-court size. Made to be a DIY project, this outdoor court is constructed using the 12 x 12-inch Interlocking Perforated tiles, making installation almost effortless. With a wide variety of color combinations provided and custom made with basketball court lines included, you could have the basketball court of your dreams right outside your door. Traction Control – Created with the Interlocking Perforated Tile, this unique basketball court includes small, elevated features which enhance grip endurance. Because of these special features, extra traction control is provided to prevent slipping while being active on top of the court. Lines Included -Unlike most companies,ModuTile incorporates basketball court lines already on the product. These white court lines are custom painted on top of every set sold for your convenience. The lines are painted using a three-step process to ensure durability. Custom Sizes – The above Outdoor Basketball Court kits are created to measure 46 x 30 – ft., but options are not limited to just this one dimension. To further ease your installation and design process, you are given the opportunity to request specific measurements to accommodate the exact size and style of your new Outdoor Basketball Court. High-Impact Polypropylene – If you are installing the Outdoor Basketball Court above concrete that may have cracks or damages, proportions are not an issue. The Perforated tile used to create this sports court is manufactured with high-impact polypropylene, making the product rigid and firm. Given the chemical makeup in this tile, the basketball court will form over the concrete evenly, despite any deficiencies that were originally visible. With this being said, the Outdoor Basketball Court is intended to be installed above concrete or other hard surfaces. It is not advised to install this product over grass, mulch, and other soft surfaces. Mold Resistant – The Outdoor Basketball Court’s perforated surface lies in the individual tiles used to create this product, allowing plenty of ventilation. Underneath each of these tiles, there also lies a grid structure that provides extra air and water flow. These attributes, along with the mold-resisting polypropylene material manufactured in each tile, were intentionally engineered to avert mold growth from developing on the tile. Easy to Clean – The netted surface of the court leaves small holes for liquid spills to drain down to the base floor and then through the grid structure underneath, making liquids hardly an issue at all to clean. However, if sticky debris remains on the tile, it is then advised to rinse off your court. Unlike an indoor basketball court, the web-like design of the Outdoor Basketball Court generally requires only one simple type of cleaning method: hosing it down. For harder-to-remove stains, using a degreaser is ideal. Clean regularly for the best appearance. Routine cleaning will enhance the life of the flooring. The interlocking factor of these tiles make it difficult for them to detach without doing so intentionally. No tools other than your own two hands are necessary, as you simply pull the perforated tiles apart. Designed to be lightweight, small in size, easily assembled and disassembled, the individual tiles in the sports court are made portable for your convenience.
