Item showed up even better than I expected. My photo wasn’t the greatest (taken on a disposable camera) but they still made it look amazing! Customer service was great as I accidentally sent the photo from the wrong email address but they were quick to make and ship my order! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a unique, heartfelt gift! My parents are still raving to their friends about this gift!

The crystal block was perfectly clear, and the 3d figures of my dogs etched into it matched the provided pictures 100%. This was completely worth the purchase, and I am looking forward to the reaction of the person who will be receiving this as a gift tomorrow 🙂

It was better than I thought it would be. You can tell from all angles that the text and image are in 3D. They are closer to translucent than opaque which gives the crystal a natural look. It catches the light beautifully which is enhanced by the bevelled edges and has a solid weight to it. International shipping was a lot faster and easier than expected. I would definitely buy again.

What an amazing and easy transaction this was! We needed a plaque done in a short period of time and this company was able to handle all of our requests and special ordering! They offered suggestions, provided great customer support, and most of all the end result- it was BEAUTIFUL! Well crafted, great quality, and esthetically pleasing! Highly recommend!!
