We love the shoppers and we have thousands of satisfied customers who are loving their 3D Crystals and we wish you too to love your crystal. Customer satisfaction is our top-most priority. At 3D crystals-on-us we would love to keep our terms fair to our all customers. We paid our attention to customer’s dissatisfaction due to any reason.
Our return policy is as follows:
- If you receive a defective product on arrival i.e. damaged crystal or objective problem. In this case, send us the proof in the form of any picture within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will handle the issue and create a new one for you. Additionally, you have to return back the original crystal back to us to get the new one.
- We’re trusted for more than 15 years in this business, and we have handled customer service matters very fairly. You’re at the right place to purchase, shop without any hassle.
Important: Cancellation/photo change policy
- In case you want to cancel the order and we grant the first 10 minutes of placing your order, then we’ll initiate a full 100% refund.
- As fulfilling the needs of customers on time we usually start working right onwards getting orders from you thus canceling your order after 10 minutes, you will only eligible to get a refund of less than $25.
- In case if your product hasn’t shipped out yet and you need to cancel the order, then you will only get a 50% refund.
- In case you want to change your photo on crystal, we need to redo your project with the new image, and that will cost $25. Please note, this only applies if the product isn’t laser-ether yet.
- 3D Crystals are custom and personalized products and due to the product nature, once if your order will ship then we cannot refund the orders.
We hope you understand that being a custom product we start immediately working on your crustal so it starts costing us including our artist and laser-technology cost and thus it’s mandatory for us to follow cancellation/photo change/refund policy.

Here is our policy:
If there is a manufacturer defect on arrival i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw:
Send us the photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement

Please take note of, and respect the following cancellation / photo change policy:
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 10 minutes of placing your order, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 10 minutes, it means our artist has been assigned the project and as such you will receive a refund less $25. If the crystal has been produced but hasn’t shipped out yet and you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. If you want to change your photo, the cost to re-assign your project with a new image is $25 provided your crystal has not been laser etched yet. Due to the custom nature of our product, once your item has been shipped it is not refundable.
Being a custom product please understand we incur costs as soon as we start working on your project and therefore are firm on the above cancellation / photo change / refund policy.
